YCS1 series weatherprotected box/waterproof box/metal box/enclosures: The box manufactured by us are amongst the best in the world.They are made as a full construction with grounded and smooth corners, dust and waterproof to IP56. The pre-treatment is FE-phosphating and chrome passivation followed by a hybrid powder coating epoxy/polyester, which gives a high corrision protection. The PD series boxes have many distinctive features, large size cable entry (4size) with removable, flush gland plates, including stainless steel body and plexiglass door.Standard door mounted rails for fixing trunking or wiring. Reversible door with screwed hinges on body.Gasket protection clip for transport and storage. The deep gutter profile on the edge of the body is instrumental in achieving a degree of protection to IP56, EN60 529 NEMA4 on single door boxes and IP56 on 2 door versions. Four or six studs are fitted on all MB and MBP boxes (except 150 deep).To facilitate the mounting of an inner door, modular chassis, rack frame or mounting plate adjusting brackets. The optional accessory are soldseparately as kits, to increase flexibility and reduce the number of stock items MBP boxes are similar to MB with the addition of a 3mm plexiglass door fitted with the care that P and D puts into all it's products.The stainless steel boxes are constructed using the same concept as the PB range.Nuts, screws, hinge pins and lock levers are in stainless steel. All the boxes are covered in a polythene bag or are protected by a sheet before being placed in a cardboard carton, marked with the identification. |
